Halloween Activities in Dunedin: Black-Light Fun Just Off Main Street

Dunedin got its own Monster Mini Golf® in August 2025, and this is the shop’s second spooky season on Main Street. If you want Halloween activities in Dunedin that skip the long haunted-house lines, our indoor course is a short trip from downtown.

Inside, an 18-hole course glows under black lights. Hand-painted murals nod to Dunedin and Florida, and monster animatronics talk and move between the holes.

Each hole has a new scene to look at. Colors pop off the walls, creatures peek out of the scenery, and the local artwork hides little Florida jokes you may only catch on a second visit.

Wonder how the monsters get built? Monster maker Distortions Unlimited posted a behind-the-scenes video showing one of our animatronics coming to life.

A Soundtrack That Keeps the Round Moving

Our W.I.R.D. radio plays while you putt, and an on-course DJ throws out trivia and quick challenges. One minute you are reading a tricky green, the next you are shouting an answer across the room.

The Dunedin location also lists a laser maze, a virtual reality game and an arcade with car racing and basketball shots. Check the location page for what is running before you head over.

The monsters are goofy, not gory, so younger kids can spot creatures while parents and grandparents take their turn.

Swap dinner-and-a-movie for a scorecard. Missed putts turn into the best stories of the night.

No golf skills needed. Half the fun is keeping your cool when a monster starts moving next to you.

Born in spooky season? The monster theme is already set up for you. Look at current packages and open dates on our birthday page, and book early because party slots fill fast.
