- Blacklight mini golf: Engage with hand-painted monsters that speak, joke, and move throughout the course for an unforgettable, interactive experience. Everything drips in neon colors as blacklights fill the room.

Our Master of Entertainment guides your group through our 18 hole mini golf course, throwing out trivia questions and mini-challenges along the way. Kids feel at home with local murals and hidden gems decorating the neon-colored walls as they turn every corner. Every moment at Monster Mini Golf is infused with a hauntingly magical time unlike any other field trip near Seattle you’ve taken.
What Makes a Great Field Trip?
Field trips in Bellevue that combine fun, uniqueness, and meaningful experiences are ones that kids remember for years and that the school sees as valuable. They’re about creating memories outside the classroom that spark creativity, joy, and excitement while contributing to each child’s development.
Kids aren’t going to enjoy a field trip unless it brings them some type of fun activity they can enjoy with friends. The activity needs to involve a social element so that kids can interact with each other, something that isn’t very encouraged during regular school hours.
At the same time, kids need to learn something new about themselves or their environment. The lessons can’t be taught like how they are in school, though; they need to still be entertaining and fun for the kids to enjoy.
Here are a few characteristics of field trips that will help to make them memorable:
- Educational
- Entertaining
- Unique
- Social
- Safe
- Well-organized
The activity you plan for your next summer field trip needs to be unique in some way. Otherwise, you’re creating the same experience these kids have gone through a dozen times before. You need something special that stands out to make an impression on your kids and help them understand that school can be just as fun as educational.
Why Monster Mini Golf Is the Perfect Field Trip Destination
Filled with animatronic monsters that talk, wiggle, joke, and have glow-in-the-dark neon colors, Monster Mini Golf is another world every kid will enjoy during a field trip. There isn’t another experience like it in Bellevue, and there are tons of different activities for kids to burn off their energy before heading back to school.
The mini golf course is unlike any other your students have probably ever played, and adorning all the walls are hidden local gems that artists have included in the murals. There are mini-challenges throughout the course to help keep kids engaged, as well as a DJ who plays energetic and fun music throughout the event.
The indoor mini golf course is just the start; kids can also explore the huge arcade center and the challenging laser maze. New and classic arcade games are available that kids can conquer solo or play with a friend to reach high scores. Playing specific games will even earn the kids tickets they can use to win a prize on their field trip. The laser maze is another great challenge for a field trip as kids test their physical and mental skills as they dodge lasers to hit targets in the fastest time possible.
Field trips at Monster Mini Golf aren’t just about the games, though. Kids learn how to connect with each other and build confidence in themselves that they can bring to the classroom and real life.
All the games at Monster Mini Golf encourage kids to try and improve as they play against one another to beat the high scores. Plus, with all the activities surrounding them, no one will get bored, and everyone will remember this field trip for years to come.
